Have two large glasses when you wake. Avoid soda. Do not use crystal light or any artificial sweeteners in your drinks as they are immune, nervous system and hormone disruptors, causing imbalances. Pellegrino and Perrier are the only okay mineral waters.

Blood Sugar Stabilization: Essential for mood balance...eat a source of protein every 3 hours from the time you wake up, and reduce or eliminate sugar intake. Preferably eat 5-6 small meals a day with protein. When we eat foods high in processed sugar, such as doughnuts, chips, and soda, they get absorbed very quickly and it produces an unnatural rapid increase in blood sugar. There is a quick flood of glucose into the bloodstream. This stimulates the pancreas to secrete insulin. Insulin causes cells to become more permeable to sugar. This allows the sugar to be taken out of the blood and into the cells, thus lowering the blood sugar level. When too much insulin is released, the blood sugar drops too far and one tends to feel weak, tremulous, and anxious. When we eat too much processed sugar, too much insulin is released. The more insulin is released a whole cascade effect goes into motion throughout our body and mind. Additionally, even strong momentary emotional disturbance can cause the rapid secretion of insulin causing blood sugar to drop below normal. The outcome, of either occurring on a regular basis is glucose sensitivity. Be suspicious of a regular desire for something sweet, or a general lack of hunger.

Raindrops Of Love For A Thirsty World: Last but so far from least, a touching book written by my dear friend, fairy godmother, soul sister, and light emissary, Eileen Workman. Not only is she as wise as she is loving, but as I bear witness to the unfolding of life, I have been gifted the chance to observe firsthand a woman who truly dances with existence in faithful compassion. I’m not certain I’d be where I am today if I didn’t have this exquisite woman in my life, and so I would like to share her with you here, so you too can be graced with a kiss from the universe.

If you cannot afford her book, she generously offers it for free here: http://www.eileenworkman.com/raindrops-of-love-for-a-thirsty-world/
